The Osborn Charlton new range of blue water performance cruising yacht built in Australia by Jarkan Yachts.

The design was developed from the King 46' motor/sailor. These yachts have proven to be magnificent sea boats and deceptively fast under sail. They are unique in concept, using design elements from current high performance sailing yachts and traditional motor yachts, qualities that combine in this design without conflict. OC Yachts t/w Jarkan took this design concept to Andy Dovell, who then did the final design to produce a world class blue water cruising yacht.

The key ingredient of the OC50DS layout is the deck saloon. This has the galley, navigation station and saloon with passage berths all situated with commanding visibility. You can be on watch without being exposed to the elements an essential to short-handed passage making.
